I'm Cesar — dog lover, self-proclaimed dog whisperer, and the person behind Zoomies Elevated Co. I grew up with a pup by my side at all times, so one day I thought: why not share the love and take care of yours too?

My family used to run a vet care clinic — medical care, grooming, doggy sitting, you name it. I spent my childhood helping around and caring for all types of pets and every breed of dog you can imagine.

At home, I've got two Shiba Inus and a Golden Retriever that I love and take on adventures constantly. Our favorite thing? Getting puppuccinos from Starbucks. ☕

I work full-time from home, so I'm super flexible — all I need is an internet connection if you'd like me to house sit during the weekdays. If your dog doesn't get along with others, no problem — I can accommodate them one-on-one. And if you're nearby, I can arrange pick-up and drop-off. Accessibility is my motto: text, email, or call me anytime!

We also accommodate special requests to make your life easier and ensure your dog is cared for in any setting. Whether it's handling your dog during weddings, baptisms, or other special occasions, or coordinating pick-up and drop-off services when needed, we provide flexible, reliable support tailored to your schedule.

With over a decade of hands-on experience working with animals, and more than six years focused on behavior correction and impulse control, my training approach is designed for lasting, real-world results. I use a refined balance of positive reinforcement and structured discipline, allowing each dog to develop not only obedience, but clarity, confidence, and emotional control.

From loose-leash walking and reliable recall to resolving anxiety, food and animal aggression, and poor house habits, every program is tailored to the individual dog. The focus goes beyond commands. I work to redirect your dog's attention back to you, building trust, respect, and a natural willingness to follow your lead.
